Year in Lattes / December café pilot

Your regulars.
Their year.
Worth sharing.

Turn the visits and orders your café already knows into a personal, branded recap. We’re starting with ten independent cafés and building every Year in Lattes story by hand.

CSV first. No POS installation. Customer data only after we agree on the format and handoff.

A thank-you with a second life

Loyalty shouldn’t end at the punch card.

Local businesses know their regulars. Localoop helps make that relationship visible in a recap that feels personal, looks like your café, and gives a customer a reason to bring a friend.

The signature order

A customer’s most-loved drink, book, class, or service—shown only when the data says so.

The familiar rhythm

A visit count or streak that turns a year of small choices into a moment worth keeping.

The local persona

A playful label like “The 7am Regular,” grounded in actual visit habits.

The friend code

A café-approved offer can close the story and help count referrals back to the campaign.

01 / The café pilot

Four steps. One useful test.

We’re keeping the first campaign small and hands-on. Use the loyalty system you have; there’s nothing to install and no automated POS connection to set up.

Don’t send customer data with the application. We’ll confirm a café’s place, agree the fields, and arrange a handoff first.

01

Apply

Tell us about your café.

Share your café name, contact details, POS or loyalty system, and whether a CSV export is possible. No customer file is needed to apply.

02

Agree the data

Review the CSV together.

If there’s a fit, we’ll agree the fields and handoff before you send anything. Visit dates, order counts, and favorite items can help; full payment details are not needed.

03

Build by hand

Check every story against the source.

We create branded Year in Lattes recaps manually, using only stats the café’s data supports. You review the details before the recaps go to customers.

04

Share and learn

Give the story a next step.

A recap can end with a café-provided reward code for a friend. Together we’ll track campaign participation and code redemptions, then learn what customers chose to share.

02 / The ten-café list

A clear route from interest to results.

Apply with your café name, your contact details, the system you use, and your CSV readiness. Each complete application is sent to the Localoop team and counted in the pilot signup tracking. We’ll confirm fit and the next step with you; the first ten places are not automatic.

During the campaign, we’ll track CSV readiness, recaps completed, and reward-code redemptions. We’ll review share activity with the café after the campaign rather than claim social analytics we haven’t built yet.

03 / Small-business economics

Local reach.
Not enterprise pricing.

Our planned launch model: a free tier with “Powered by Localoop” branding, or $49/month per location for the paid plan. Pilot scope and terms will be confirmed with each café before starting.
